Bio-System B350 contains a specially formulated range of adapted, high performance aerobic and facultative anaerobic micro-organisms. These have been taken from their natural environment and then adapted to give optimum performance in environments containing high levels of oil. Typical of these is sludge farming of refinery sludges, re-mediation of oil contaminated land and the biological waste water treatment of effluents from refinery and petrochemical operations. In addition to micro-organisms B350 contains micro-nutrients which help in loosening and liquefying heavy grease deposits. This enables a much quicker bio-degradation to take place.
Bio-System B350 is designed to improve the performance of naturally occurring bio-degradation by establishing and with repeated doses maintaining a resident, resistant bio-mass that is able to degrade oily wastes.

Bio-System B350 is rich in micro-nutrients also containing free enzymes such as a complex mix of cellulases, hemicellulases, amylases and lipsases which with the bacteria provide the capacity to degrade hydrocarbons. Typical examples are gas oil and DERV as well as paraffin.
