The Ultimate Cleaner & Degreaser

Solbrite was launched into the UK market in 1998. It has a unique water based biodegradable formulation, which is designed for all aspects of hydrocarbon clean ups and mitigation.

When sprayed or poured on spillages and agitated with a stiff brush, Solbrite will emulsify and encapsulate hydrocarbon and petroleum based products breaking them down (instead of dispersing them) allowing trapped oxygen to speed up the natural biodegradation process of both the spillage and Solbrite. It is very safe and efficient for removing spillages from tarmac and asphalt.

Solbrite suppresses unpleasant and flammable vapours and renders the surface clean and non-slip. It is also non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-irritant and has a virtually neutral pH.

Solbrite is the most cost effective method of in situ bioremediation projects because it acts as a stimulant for promoting the breakdown of pollutants to non-toxic components, (water, carbon dioxide and carbon) by existing organisms. Solbrite itself does NOT contain any bacteria cultures.
